MOLO is designed for the fluid body language of modern socializing. It is a support structure for the body in motion.
People don't just sit; they lean, lounge, and gather. MOLO's rotational symmetry and high backrest support a full spectrum of spontaneous postures, encouraging open conversation and flexible grouping. It transforms any static empty space into a dynamic social hub.
The concept of “light and shadow” is beautifully captured in WING. As the night descends, WING truly comes to life, enchanting all those who behold its magical ambience.
Conceptually rooted in origami, Oria translates planar simplicity into volumetric complexity. Its folded structure offers a multi-orientational surface that caters to the evolving needs of a living space. Moving away from the concept of furniture as a focal point, Oria serves as a functional companion—a stage that celebrates the lived-in narratives of the everyday.
Composed of simple lines, LISA smoothly shifts light from linear to cross through the free rotation of crossbar, drawing in a warm flow of light as a visual effect of ever-changing light and shadow.
What defines the "correct" way to sit?
Is it the elegance of legs kept together, or the relaxed freedom of legs wide open? We understand that every time we sit, it is a natural reflection of our anatomy, cultural imprints, and unspoken etiquette. There should never be just one answer.
For this design, we chose to strip away deliberate personas and dominating styles. It is a chair without a standard answer, designed to gently and quietly catch your every posture and accommodate your authentic daily life.
By setting aside all preconceptions, we let the design purely serve the body. However you choose to sit today, it is ready to provide the most comforting support. This is the ultimate, warmest expression of uncompromised "form following function."
The Grid Chair is a critical design exploring spatial greed and cultural mutation, inspired by the relentless pursuit of extra space in Taiwanese vernacular architecture. Anchored by a traditional wooden chair that embodies cultural warmth, the piece is elegantly grafted with iron window grilles. This expanding boundary serves as a stark metaphor: early protective craftsmanship devolving into cold, metallic cages built merely to hoard clutter. By deliberately sacrificing seating comfort to create storage for bags, the design forces a physical and psychological friction. Through this material contrast, the piece reveals how superficial aesthetics mask an insatiable craving for expansion, posing a profound question: when greed grows unchecked, what remains of the traditions we cherish?
